We want you to love your QUASTRA gear. If it doesn’t work out, we’ve made returns and exchanges simple.

Return Window

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Tags and hygiene liners (if applicable) must remain attached.

Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

Free exchanges for a different size or color, if available.

If not in stock, we’ll issue store credit or refund.

Refunds

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.

Return Shipping

USA: Customer pays return shipping.

Exchanges within the USA: Free return label provided.

International: Customer pays return shipping.
